Telsonic Sonoscreen

SONOSCREEN is a patented system for ultrasonic fine screening in theareas of chemistry, pharmaceuticals, standard foodstuffs and luxury foods,plastics, metallurgy and mineralogy. Excitement of the screen fabric with ultrasonicoscillations of 36 kHz and an amplitude of some m results in economically favourable effects, depending on the material screened:

  • The throughput of the screened material can be increased massively.
  • Blockage of the screen fabric can be prevented ordelayed.
  • Throughput problems can be solved, even with a very fine mesh widthof 20 μm or more. SONOSCREEN is an Ultrasonic Anti-blinding device which is an adjunct to KASON’s range of Screens.
